Please trust me when I tell you that the simplest shift in perception allows space for something new. Don’t get stuck in what-is. Nothing remains for long; nothing. You CAN choose to reframe your current reality into something different.
If you want to change your life, it starts by dismantling one limiting belief at a time. Intentionally decide on your new mindset, and then take small steps, tiny steps, one after another. Each of these small things will then build the foundation of your new mindset and allow it to take root, and to multiply, and thrive.
If you are willing to commit to the following exercise for just 6 weeks, you will experience profound changes in your life. Commit to just 6 weeks, and see what happens.
Exercise: Each Sunday evening, reflect quietly and ask yourself the following:
1) Name one insight you’ve recently realized that has helped you move forward.
2) What are you now seeing that you weren’t seeing even a few months or weeks ago?
3) How has that shifted your ways of seeing anything and anyone in your life?
My friend, you need only make room for the slightest bit of light to get in, and you will be surprised at how quickly your new mindset and perceptions will set your world afire with light and possibilities.
